Outreach Services

Our Adult Outreach services include the following:

• Emotional and crisis support without judgment
• Advocacy to ensure client’s needs are better met
• Accompaniment to appointments
• Help finding safe housing
• Referrals to supportive counselling and other resources

Our Youth Outreach program works to increase safety by connecting and referring young people to local resources with a focus on risk reduction.

We connect youth to local resources that offer information about:

• Drug and alcohol awareness
• Sexual health
• Employment
• Housing
