2nd Stage Housing
Providing safe 2nd stage transition housing for women and children in the Alberni Valley.
Sage Haven Society’s second stage housing is operated in partnership with BC Housing. We are now accepting applications from women and their children who have experienced domestic violence.
Sage Haven Society provides on-site supports to residents such as safety planning, crisis intervention, parenting support and tenancy resources.
Units are offered for periods of six to 18 months and are intended to transition residents to independent, permanent housing. Rents will be 30 percent of income or the provincial shelter rate for those on assistance.
