Our Adult Outreach services include the following:
- Emotional and crisis support without judgment
- Advocacy to ensure client’s needs are better met
- Accompaniment to appointments
- Help finding safe housing
- Referrals to supportive counselling and other resources
Our Youth Outreach program works to increase safety by connecting and referring young people to local resources with a focus on risk reduction.
We connect youth to local resources that offer information about:
- Drug and alcohol awareness
- Sexual health
- Employment
- Housing
