Mark your calendars and get ready to bundle up for an unforgettable experience! On February 22, 2025, we invite you to participate in The Coldest Night of the Year, a winter-themed, family-friendly 2 or 5 km walk that raises crucial funds for local charities serving individuals experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.
What is The Coldest Night of the Year?
The Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) is a national winter fundraising event that takes place annually across Canada, typically in February. Participants brave the cold temperatures to walk 2 or 5 kilometers to raise funds for local charities that support people facing hunger, homelessness, and other challenges.
Since its inception in 2011, CNOY has raised over $75 million, empowering communities to provide vital services and support to those in need. Every dollar raised stays local, ensuring that funds directly benefit the charity partners in each community. It’s an opportunity for individuals and families to come together, face the cold, and show their solidarity with those in need.
