Purpose
Under the mandate of contracted programs, provides support and advocacy to adult women and youth who have experienced or who are at risk of abuse, threats or violence and works collaboratively with other community providers as well as with other agency staff. Services include crisis intervention, one-on-one support, group support, life skills training, referral services and education.
Site: Main office of Sage Haven Society
Hours: 35 hours per week (subject to program funding)

Education
- A diploma in human services or, an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
- At least (1) one year of related experience
- Understanding of feminist and social justice issues
- Knowledge of community services and trauma services
Salary
General Service Agreement – HSA union Grid 11, $27.54 – $33.49 per hour. This is a Union position.
